Feedback received on the Bamboo Towels

I hope you are all well.

Today I only have one child at home & omg it's proving to be even harder than having all 3 of them at home. LOL I think this may be due to the fact that they may fight with each other all day long BUT at least they keep themselves entertained while I get some work done. Having only the one she seems to want all my attention & not allowing me to do much at all. arrrr oh well got to love motherhood!

Well, this morning I received a pleasant surprise. A customer from the US sent me a message regarding their purchase of my Bamboo Towels so I thought I'd share it with you.

It was lovely to open up my emails & receive a lovely comment. Not only for the comment but it feel as though I get to know my customers on a more person level as well, which is lovely. I love getting to know my customers & enjoy receiving feedback no matter if it's good or bad. I think this shows where & if anything needs improving & I'm grateful for it.

This is my main reason why I love going to the local markets in Pomona. I get to meet & chat to my customer & if they have any questions etc I can help them on a more personal level.

So if your in the area, please pop in to say hi, I'd love to meet more of my customers.
